Ingredients of Rara Gosht

  1. It’s 500 gms of gms. mutton with bones, washed & drained.

  2. It’s 1 cup of mutton mince, washed & drained.

  3. You need 3 tbsp. of oil.

  4. It’s 2-3 of onions, sliced.

  5. You need 1 tbsp. of ginger-garlic paste.

  6. You need 1-2 of tomatoes, chopped.

  7. You need 1 tsp. of turmeric powder.

  8. It’s 1-2 tbsp. of red chilli powder.

  9. It’s 2 tbsp. of ground masala.

  10. You need pinch of nutmeg powder.

  4. Add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 20-25 minutes on a low flame after the first whistle. Bring it back to the pan and simmer for 1-2 minutes. switch off the flame and add the ghee and coriander leaves..

  5. Mix well and keep it covered for 5 minutes. Serve with plain steamed rice, pulao, jeera rice, plain biryani, kulcha, naan, tandoori roti or just plain chapati..
