Sambhar. Some variations of sambhar include ingredients such as moong dal and pumpkin. Since a variety of mixed vegetables are also used to make sambhar it becomes nutrient rich. Sambar recipe shared here is the one which has been followed by my mum for several decades.
I have tried so many recipes of sambhar before but to no avail.

Prepare 1 cup of arhar daal soaked and boiled.
