  2. Combine remaining ingredients - make sure potatoes are evenly coated with olive oil. I do this right on the foil to save myself a dirty dish..

  3. Seal up packet. Grill over indirect medium heat for 40 - 50 minutes or until tender. If using oven - bake covered at 400° for 40-50 mins or until tender..

  4. To serve - drizzle any oil left in foil packet over potatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy : ).
