Start sauce first by adding tomato paste.. juice of a half of lemon..salt..pepper..olive oil..sugar..water..dried parsley..onion powder to a bowl and mix good and then set a side.

In a large bowl mix the minced beef and sliced green onions..fresh chopped parsley..salt..pepper..garlic powder..chopped garlic..onion powder and a 1/4 cup of the sauce.

In a large casserole dish that has a cover >flatten the beef mixture to the bottom of the dish evenly.

Add the sliced potatos over the beef until its covered.

Add the sliced tomatos over the potato's.

Add the sliced onions over the tomato's.

Pour the rest of the sauce over top and cover and bake for 1 hour.

When finished serve over rice !.
Add the beans, water and generous pinches of salt and pepper and stir to combine.
