  1. Preheat oven to 325°.

  8. Heat remaining oil in frying pan (medium to high heat).

  9. Your potato pieces should have taken on a round "ball" shape. Toss these in frying pan and cook til golden brown.

  10. Drain and pat excess oil off and serve hot. Perfect for breakfast or as snack with buttermilk ranch.
