Take the flour add oil baking powder and salt knead the dough with chilled water.

Heat oil in a pan add the curry leaves and chopped onion saute well.

Add in the garlic crushed and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.

Add the minced chicken and saute well adding red chilli Powder.

Cover until the chicken get soft and moist.

Add boiled Potatoes and saute well.

Add garam masala powder and switch off the flame.

Cool it down a bit.

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape.

Put the stuffiing in it and fold it properly.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry the Puffs and keep on a napkin so that excess oil is removed.

Serve it with dips or sauces of your choice.
You can choose to deep fry or bake the curry puff for a healthier version.
