Wash rice add to boiling water, when the rice is half done cook strain and wash.

Wash and blend your tomatoes,pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, pour in pot and boil till the water drain up.

Add the chicken stock, veggies, soy sauce stir, dilute cornflour add in then cover for 5mnts then add in egg and slice onions cover and allow to simmer for 2mnts. Serve ๐ ๐ ๐.
