Cut carrots,green beans, and onion in to cubes add in to rice add 4 cup of water in to chopped ingredients allow water to parboil add cubes seasoning to taste then add rice and veges and fish stair in til mixed together cover for another 10 minutes it done then serve. Enjoy.
