This is a simple, tasty, and foolproof Potato Curry recipe.

Potatoe Curry instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes to cook but not overcooked to mashy and set aside with its broth.

  2. Heat oil in a separate pan.

  3. Add the whole spices, cook for a few minutes.

  4. Add in the onions and bell pepper and cook.

  5. Once cooked, add in the crushed garlic and cook.
