Prepare 1 cup of coconut milk.

Add salt in the saucepan when boiling.

Add the rice then close with a lead then reduce the heat to allow it boil slowly.

When almost dry remove then cover with aluminum foil then cover with a lead.

Reduce the heat further then return the rice to cook slowly.

Serve with steamed cabbage.
What to Serve with Coconut Rice.
Increase heat to high and bring to a low boil.
Rinse and drain rice in cold water.
Place in a saucepan with water, coconut milk, and salt.
Place the pot over high heat and, bring the liquid to a boil.
