Notes: **I chose to boil the pepper I used in this recipe in order to get rid of the excess water but you can definitely strain out the water if you are in a hurry.

There is a little difference in taste when you strain compared to boiling it but it is really negligible.

  1. Wash and boil ur beef with onions,salt and knorr on its own stock then add more water to cook properly till done..

  2. Pick ur leaves, wash and cut and set aside..

  3. Slice ur Tomatoes,pepper and onions and set aside..

  4. Wash ur rice properly, per boil and cook in little water with salt and cook till done and not too soggy..

  5. In a pot,add ur veg oil,heat it up,add ur tomatoes,pepper and onions and fry for 4-5 mins, then add ur green leaf and cook for abt 4-5 mins. Ur vegetable stew is ready..

  6. Garnish with ur eggs..
