  1. It’s 1/2 cup of chana dal (soakedn boiled).

  2. It’s 1 cup of chopped spinach.

  3. Prepare 3/4 cup of chopped onion, tometoes,bottle gaurd.

  4. Prepare of Ginger garlic chilles paste.

  5. You need 1/2 of Brinjal (i haven't used).

  6. You need of Spices red chilli pwd.

  7. Prepare of Turmeric pwd.

  8. You need of Coriander pws.

  9. Prepare of 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala,tamarind pulp 1 tsp.

  10. It’s of Oil.

  11. Prepare of Jeera.

  12. It’s 1 cup of flour for koki.

  13. Prepare leaves of Chopped onions,green chillies, coriander.

  14. You need 1 tbsp of ghee.

  15. It’s to taste of Salt.

  16. It’s of Spices 1)2 haldi n red chille pws.

  17. Prepare of Ghee for paratha.

  1. In pressure cooker heat oil.

  2. Add all veggies n spices sauce it..

  3. Add dal n take 2-3 whistle..

  4. Open cooker n mix it well.sai bhaji is ready.

  5. Koki:- in flour mix all ingredients.

  6. Knead dough.

  7. Roll round n cook like PARATHAS..

  8. Garnish n serve.

  9. I hv served with salad,bhujiya n pickles..

I prepare this often at home and it comes under my list of comfort food.
