Prepare 2 tbsp of agar agar.

Prepare 1.1/4 cup of water.

It’s 1/3 cup of sugar.

Prepare 1 of mango pieces chopped.

You need 2/3 cup of coconut milk.

In a blender puree mango. Soak agar agar in water for 10 minutes.

In a pot add agar agar with water & boil till it dissolves. Add sugar & mango puree & whisk until smooth..

Cook for few minutes. Remove from heat & pour in mould or glass if you serving individually..

Add mango slices & push them down & keep it to set..

For coconut layer again soak agar agar for 10 minutes.

In a pot add agar agar & water & boil till it dissilves. Add sugar & salt & mix all well..

Last add coconut milk stir & mix well.

Remove from heat. Pour over set mango layer & refrigerate. Add mint leaves & serve cold..
Distribute remaining mango cubes evenly over mango jelly while it is still soft.
Leave at room temperature or put in the fridge until Pour the hot coconut mixture over the set mango layer.
It is important that coconut mixture is hot when poured, so that two layers adhere.
