Ingredients of Eggs, potatoes and onions

  1. You need 8 of eggs (beaten).

  2. Prepare 2 of potatoes (boiled and sliced).

  3. It’s 1 of onion (chopped).

Slowly pour eggs over potatoes and onions.

Scramble eggs…stirring and scraping pan often until the potato, onion and egg mixture is crumbly.

Fry the potatoes until tender and golden brown.

Add the onion and salt and pepper.
