This is one of my signature recipes that will be very familiar to all my friends because I make this so often.

I have never really liked Shawarma and honestly, would never go out of my way to have one.

  1. You need of Lebanese bread/tortilla wrap.

  2. You need of Cabbage.

  3. It’s of Carrots.

  4. Prepare of Onions.

  7. It’s of Vegetable oil(for frying sausage).

  8. Prepare 1 of Maggi cube.

  9. Prepare of Mayonnaise.

  10. It’s of Ketchup.

A simple chicken shawarma recipe with tender, smokey Shawarma (also spelled shaurma, shoarma, shwarma, and shawirma) is a Middle Eastern dish made by roasting a cone of meat on a vertical spit.

Shawarma (/ʃəˈwɑːrmə/; Arabic: شاورما‎) is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.

Sausage Shawarma step by step

  1. Fry your sausages in your vegetable oil for 5minutes.

  2. Wash your carrots and medium sized cabbage. Peel off the carrot skin and grate using your grater.

  3. Wash grated cabbage and carrots then put in a colander and strain the water.

  4. Add grated contents to a bowl, add mayonnaise, little sugar and a little amount of maggi.

  5. Mix altogether until well mixed..

  6. Take tortilla wrap/Lebanese bread smear ketchup on it, then add grated cabbage mixture and the amount of sausages you want. If you want you can cut the sausages into tiny pieces.

  7. Wrap shawarma and wrap them in a paper or foil paper, place in a microwave/oven/grill and heat for 5minutes. Enjoy❤️.
