Peel and dice(equally) your potato, then steam in the microwave for 5mins or you boil for 3-4mins..
Now dice out your sausage and fry in a saucepan.

Now that’s golden(i.e the potatoes), add in your diced out carrot/bell peppers/onion and stir fry for 1min.
Then, add in your curry/thyme/maggi star/ grated garlic. Now finally pour in your your ready fried sausage and stir fry for 1-2 mins………………..
