  1. Ek bowl me chaap ko pani me 1 hour ke liye rakh de taki chaap sticks assani se nikal jaye fir sticks ko nikal de.ek bowl me sabhi ingridents ko mix karein and chaaps ko bhi isme 1,2hour ke liye marinate krne rkhenge.

Ab ek pan le usme 1ts butter and thoda oil dale or ek ek kar ke chaap ko pan me rakhein or 2 min ke baad plt le fir dusri trf se bhi 2 min pakayein ese hi sbhi chaaps ko fry karein fir chaap ke 3,3 pieces karein jo marination bcha use pan me only 1 min hi pkana ha jayda nahi ab isi me chaaps ko mix karein.ab isey aap jaisa chahe serve karein lijiye humari malai chaap tikka tyar ha.
