Heat a pan and add oil, add onions and saute till slightly red. Add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and saute..

Add carrots and beans and cook on high flame. Then add other vegetables and saute..

When the vegetables look little soft (but not overcooked) add chilli sauce, soya sauce, Blackpepper powder, salt and maggi masala to it and mix well..

Finally add grated paneer and mix well. Our Momo stuffing is ready. Cool this mixture completely..

Divide the dough in equal portions. I could make 20 moms out of this dough. Roll small puris out of the dough using maida for dusting. Keep the puri's thick from the centre..

Take the puri in your hand place a teaspoon of stuffing in the centre and shape the puri into dumplings..
