  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of soyachunks.

  2. It’s 150 gm of paneer.

  3. You need 2 of chopped tomatoes.

  4. It’s 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.

  5. You need 1/2 cup of magaj ka seeds.

  6. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.

  7. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of redchilly powder.

  9. You need 1 tsp of garam masala.

  10. You need to taste of Salt.

  11. Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.

  12. It’s as needed of Oil.

Hence it can also be used as a substitute for paneer, vegetables, meat, fish etc.

  1. First soak soyachunks for half hour and wash and take out extra water and cut paneer cubes..

  2. Take a wok heat oil and fry soyachunks and paneer till golden and keep aside..

  3. Soak magaj seeds and grind in fine paste and make chopped tomato puree..

  4. Take a wok add oil add jeera now add ginger garlic paste saute now add tomato puree cook for 4-5minutes add magaj paste and stir.Now add all masalas except garam masala and stir..

  5. Now add little water let it come to boil and be thick then add soyachunks and paneer and garam masala and cook for 3-4minutes,off the flame..

  6. Enjoy with roti..

How to Make Grilled Paneer with Veggies.

For marination: Cut paneer into chunks.

Then mix all ingredients for the marinade and blend well.

Put paneer pieces in the marinade.

Toss till all chunks are well coated.
