Ingredients of Stir-fried spaghetti

  1. You need 250 gr of spaghetti.

  2. It’s 2 of courgettes (diced).

  3. You need 2 of medium carrots (julienned or diced).

  4. It’s 4 of small sausages (around 50g) (chopped).

  5. You need 2 of medium eggs.

  6. Prepare 1 of vegetable stock cube.

  7. It’s 1 of medium onion (chopped).

  8. It’s 3-4 cloves of garlic (chopped).

  15. You need of shrimp paste (1 tbsp, adjust for stronger/ less. Skip if you don't have this.).
