Clean the Brain and wash properly…heat water in a bowl and add salt and turmeric powder, add brain and cover the lid for 10 minutes…drain the water from the bowl to separate the brains.

Now in a pan add 3 TSP oil and finely chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and fry….wen cooked add brain, salt, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder and little water…. cover lid for 5 minutes….

Open the lid and turn the brains…Again cover the lid for 5 minutes… Ready to serve!.
