  1. Firstly take kadhai add some oil, when oil get hot add cumin seeds, then add onion saute it, then add the paste of garlic, ginger and fry till oil separated from paste..

  2. Then add paneer cubes saute for 2 mins. Then take Brinjal dont cut stem and cut it for filling paneer masala..

  3. Then stuffed the Brinjal with paneer, then take kadhai put Brinjal and on low flame cooked it..

  4. After that take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin and crackle it, then add ginger, garlic paste then add Garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and saute for 2 mins..

  5. Then add paneer and rice and saute for 5 mins. Then add Brinjal and saute for 2 mins. Your Briyani is ready..
