Ingredients of Masala Idli

It’s 5-6 of cooked idlis.

You need 1 of medium sized onion finely chopped.

Prepare 1/2 of capsicum finely chopped.

It’s 1 of tomato deseeded and finely chopped.

It’s to taste of Salt.

You need little of turmeric powder.

You need 1/2 packet of Maggi masala E magic.

It’s 1 tbsp of oil or butter.

Heat oil or butter and cook onions till pink add tomatoes and cook till soft then add capsicum and salt and seasonings. Mix well Sprinkle little water and add warm cut idlis(warm idli in microwave oven or in steamer and cut)..
