  7. You need 5-6 of cashew nuts.

  11. Prepare 1 tsp of dhaniya (corinader)powder.

  12. You need 2 tsp of raisins.

  13. Prepare to taste of salt and sugar.

  14. It’s 1 tsp of gram flour/ besan.

  15. It’s as needed of oil.

  16. It’s 2 tsp of Ararot/ cornflour.

  17. You need 2 tsp of all-purpose flour.

Sham Savera instructions

  1. For palak paneer balls..blanch palak and drain.add cold water on palak. Make palak puree. In a pan take 2 tsp oil add jeera, ginger garlic paste and palak puree saute it then add besan and some cashew powder, salt, dhaniya powder. Saute till the mixture becomes thick..

  2. Grate the paneer, potato. Add jeera powder,salt, kishmis and cornflower. Then mix all ingrediants and make small balls..

  3. Take palak paste and make round shape then keep paneer ball and cover it with palak paste. Coat balls in maida and deep fry in oil..

  4. For gravy. Take some oil in pan and add chopped onion, garlic, 2 - 3 cashew, melon seeds and fry them. Then add chopped tomatoes. Saute it for 5 min. Then turn off the gas & add red chilli powder, kitchen king masala some butter. When mixtue becomes cool then blend it..

  5. Finally take oil add jeera, ginger garlic paste saute it..then add tomato onion gravy and add salt, sugar, all spices, little kasuri methi. Lastly add palak paneer balls and serve with chapati or phulka..
