It’s of Take 4- 5 brains (mutton).

It’s 1 teaspoon of Salt.

It’s 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

It’s 1 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.

You need 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.

You need 1/2 teaspoon of Garam masala.

You need of Coriander for garnishing.

Prepare 4-5 tablespoons of Oil for frying.

Before we start the cooking process, will put the brain in the hot water.
The reason for putting it in the hot water is to cleanse it, it'll also become a bit hard.

Firstly wash the brains well in 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder remove all the red veins.

Now make a paste of all the dry spices.

And marinate it to the brains let it rest for 10 minutes.

Then take a Kadai and add oil to it and add brains separately don’t put one on the other add according to the space in ur Kadai.

Let each of them fry 5 minutes on one side on low flame then flip to the other side and cook both the sides till light golden brown.

Then remove from the stove and serve it make pieces accordingly in one brain u can make three easy to serve.
