  1. You need 500 grams of Gur/ Jaggery chopped.

  2. Prepare 100 grams of Ghee.

  3. It’s 1 cup of Dry fruits chopped.

  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Ajwain.

  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Saunth/ dry ginger powder.

  6. It’s 1/2 tsp of Cardamom Powder.

  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of raisins.

  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of mixed magaj (seeds kernels).

  6. As soon as Gur melts completely, add ajwain, saunth, cardamom powder and mix..

  7. Add chopped dry fruits and switch off the flame..

  8. Mix everything well till whole of the ghee gets absorbed and gur just start to solidify..

  9. Pour in a greased thali. Tap thali to spread the mixture..

  10. Let it cool. Once cooled, cut into desired shape and size..

  11. Enjoy guilt-free after meals..
