  1. Frst of all wash brain and boil for 10 min in a wok.

  2. Now remove thin layer at the top of brain.

  3. Diced the medium onion and fry in a wok till a light golden colour appears.

  4. Now add ginger garlic paste green chilli paste mix well add all spices and mix now add 2 3 tbs water and stir.

  5. Now add beaten egg and stir it well for 2 min.

  6. Now add yogurt in it keep the lid on till the water dries conpletely.

  7. Once the water dried add brain in it and keep stiring and chopping add salt and mix nicely.

  8. Lastly add butter green chillies whole spice powder coriander leaves ginger and give a dum for few mins.

  9. Serve with naan chapati raita and salad.
