Clean and marinate fish with salt,dry masalas and lemon juice.. Keep aside for 5 mins.. Shallow fry it till crisp.

Take garlic in mixer, add bunchof coriander leaves, dry masalas, green chilies… Blend it in fine paste.

Take oil fry this coriander mixture till it leaves oil.

Add tomato puree, fry again till oil seperates.

Add fish and fry again…

Finally add water and adjust water consistency.. Leave for 10 mins on lower flame.

Fish is ready.. Serve it hot with steam rice.
