After cooked this mixture.Let it cool.Make a paste in mixer jar..

Heat ghee in a Kadai add Asafoetida,cumin seeds splutter it.Add paste saute 3 min in low flame..

Then add all spices and sugar cook till oil spreads.Then add cream mix well cook 3 min in low flame..
