Brain masala step by step

  1. Now chopped onion add in a wok add cumin seeds and oil cook till it slightly golden.

  2. Now another part is to clean vien from the brain and wash properly.

  3. Now add brain and half cup oil and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder in another wok and cook from both side when it cook close the stove it will fry in 5 to 6 mins after frying set a side.

  4. Again for masala when onion comes to slightly golden add ginger garlic paste and bhoonofy it for 2 mins then add all masala add half cup water bhoonofy it for 2 to 3 mins or till oil separates.

  5. After spices completely cook then add tomatoes in it and close the lid for 10 mins and bhoonofy all the spices till all completely cook and oil comes out then add 1/4 cup water and cook on a low flame for 5 mins then add fried brain lemon and kasuri maithee again cook for 5 mins on very low for 5 mins. Then garnish it with green chilles and green coriander.
