Mutton brain masala step by step

  1. Clean the goats brain with water. In a vessel, boil water and add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt, add the goat's brain and boil it for 5-7 minutes. Remove the brain and allow it to cool. Devein it. Cut it into small pieces..

  2. In a kadhai, add gingelly oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, add the shallots and chopped green chilli and saute it till the shallots turn transparent.
