  3. Onion,tomato KO alag alag chopper ma chop karle..

  4. Aik pateeli ma ghee Dale phir us KO garam karke us ma onion add kar ke 5 min pakaen phir ginger garlic paste daal ke tomato add karein or dono KO achi tarah bhoon le..

  5. Phir us ma red chilli powder,haldi or Namak daal ke bhoonien phir us ma bheja, dahi or Thora sa adrak daal ke pakaen 10 min take..

  6. Jab oil oo par ajai to butter add kar ke us KO mix karle or 5 min Pakaen phir us ma methi add karein or pisa hua garam masala add kar ke 2 min take oil oo par ajana take pakaen..

  7. Jab tayyar ho jai to hara dhania,green chilli or adrak daal ke dhakkan dhak ke 5 min pakaen..

  8. Brain apne hisaab se rakhle Mora rakhna ha ya bareek torna us hisaab se torlijye Ga pakaate Hui..

  9. Zaeqedar brain masala tayyar…… Serve with raita and naan..
