Place brain into medium sauce pan with enoughly water to barely cover the the brains, add a spoon of Turmeric, bring to boil, reduce heat for 2 mins.

Add spicies, 1 cup of water, bring to boil simmer for 2 mins, add brain in it,.

You can adjust salt and red or green chilies as per your desired taste.
