Recipe: Perfect Green Brain Masala Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Green Brain Masala. Add brain and mix well with the masala. Now add garam masala, green chilies and mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander and thinly sliced ginger.

Brain masala is ready to serve with paratha, naan or chappati.

In a kadai heat oil add finely chopped onions fry till light golden meanwhile in a chopper finely chop green chillies along with coriander leaves and set aside.

Ingredients of Green Brain Masala

  1. You need 3 of Brain.

  2. Prepare 2 of chopped tomatoes.

  3. You need 1 of chopped onion.

  4. It’s of G.chillies your taste.

  5. You need 1 tsp of g.g.paste.

  6. You need of Coriander as required.

  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of all spiecies.

  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric.

  9. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.

  10. It’s to taste of Salt.

  11. You need 1/4 cup of oil.

In the same chopper add tomatoes and finely chop it to a puree form.

When spices release oil, a spicy brain masala dish is ready.

Sprinkle green coriander and eat with hot naan and enjoy a very delicious meal.

This will remove the odor in the brain.

Green Brain Masala instructions

  1. Place brain into medium sauce pan with enoughly water to barely cover the the brains, add a spoon of Turmeric, bring to boil, reduce heat for 2 mins.

  2. Remove brains from water drain on absobant paper.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry g.g.paste, g.chillies, tomatoes and onion in it,.

  4. Add spicies, 1 cup of water, bring to boil simmer for 2 mins, add brain in it,.

  5. Do not stir continuously, just cook it till the oil seprates from the masalas,.

You can adjust salt and red or green chilies as per your desired taste.

Wash the brain and apply ginger garlic paste,chili powder,turmeric powder and salt,let it rest for some time.
