1st Marination. Cut the cheese into small cubes..

Take a pan or kadahi heat up and add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp ghee. Add cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp corinder powder, along with cinnamon, cloves, cardamom (all three have to be roughly crushed). Add finely chopped onion. And cook it untill it changes its colour to translucent..

When onion changes its colour then add finely chopped garlic and ginger into it. Cook it until golden brown in colour. now add all the spices like 1/2tbsp salt red chilli powder (as per ur taste) 1/2 tbsp corinder powder 1/2tbsp turmeric powder 1/2 garam masala Kashmiri mirch powder kitchen king masala. Add 3 finely chopped or roughly chopped puri of Tomatoes. Give a mix. Cover it with lid for 5 minutes. Afterthat keep the lid side and cook it for more 5 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. And again cook it for 1 minute. Now your masala is ready..

Now take a pan and heat it up with 1 tbsp oil. And add ur marinated cheese and give a mix very gently otherwise cheese cubes may have break. This process is for giving extra softness to cheese..
