Heat the frying pan in medium heat. Put 2 table spoon of pancake mixture on to the frying pan. When there are small bubbles formed on the surface on the pancake, carefully flip the over the pancake and brown the other side. Repeat the step until you use all the mixture..

Put in enough amount of red bean paste and green tea custard into the one of pancake. Cover with another pancake. Gently press it the finish..
