  2. You need of gram flour.

  3. It’s of grated lauki(bottle gourd).

Lauki kofta, rice and roti instructions

  1. First take a plate add gram flour, grated lauki,dry masala and coriander leaves.mix it well.make a small ball..

  2. Heat the oil in kadhai.fry koft in golden brown in colour.nie in a mixer jar add chopped onion, tomato, chilli, ginger and garlic.make a smooth paste..

  3. Now heat the oil in pan. now add cumin seeds and pinch asafoetida.add onion tomato paste and saute for 4-5 mnt.add all dry masala,salt and mix it well.cook it for 5 mnts.now add 1 glass of water and mix properly.add curd and malaiand mix it well..

  4. When the gravy is boiling add lauki kofta in it.vook for 5 mnt.kofta is ready.add chopped coriander leaves..

  5. Now in a big mixing bowl add wheat flour,oil and make a soft dough for roti.cover the dough and give a rest for 10 mnts.make a small ball and roll it.make a thin roti.at the same time heat the roti tava.put roti on it and cook.apply some ghee on roti..

  6. Made steam rice.niw our lunch is ready to eat….

  7. Ready lauki kofta,roti n rice.serve with butter milk, instant mango pickle and salad..

Ghiya ke kofte are loved by one and all.

Squeeze the water from the grated lauki.

Keep the water for further use.
