  1. Grind everything under To Grind' into a coarse paste. Use half of this paste to marinate the chicken. Keep it for 30-60 mins..

  6. Transfer the contents to the pan and let the gravy thicken..

  7. Once its almost dry, add the coconut milk..

  8. Switch off the flame. Sprinkle the items under To Garnish'. Close the lid and rest it for 30 mins..
