  1. Chop Bacon and cook over medium high till almost crisp.

  2. Add garlic cook till fragrant.

  3. Add rice mix till everything is well incorporated. Cook for 5 mins stirring once.

  4. Add pork stir till everything is incorporated. cook 5 mins stirring once.

  5. Add veggies (I used zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms and onions use what you like) stir. Cook 5 mins stirring once.

  6. Add sweet chilli, teriyaki sauce and oyster sauce (use sparingly the oyster sauce is strong) cook 5 mins or till all moisture is evaporated.

  7. Add salt (probably wont need much) and pepper to taste.

It turns out all you need is a propane griddle.

Saute onions, celery and pork in oil until vegetables are tender crisp.

Combine pepper, salt, egg and soy sauce.
