  3. When it starts boiling Sim the gas,cover the lid, for 3 mins now add the prepared tikki, and chopped Coriander leaves, again cover the lid for 2 minutes, switch off the gas, our tikki gravy is ready.

  4. For Palak puri in a mixing bowl add pakak paste salt little jeera, ajwain, Atta, besan and make a dough make small ball out of them and rolled out in puri shape.

  5. Deep fry the puris little crysp.
