  9. Simultaneously, start making the pakodas. They should be about 1-inch-diameter in size..

  10. These ingredients will yield about 15 pakodas..

  11. Once the oil is hot, add in the pakodas. Reduce the flame to low. This will ensure that the pakodas get properly cooked on the inside..

  12. Toss them around for 1-2 mins. Increase flame to medium, and keep frying these for 3-4 mins or until golden in colour..

  13. You may want to do 2-3 batches..

  14. Serve hot! These can be paired with rice and daal..
