Form balls and deep fry the koftas,keep aside.

Now add oil and temper cumin seed,bay leaf and red chilli whole.

Saute the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder.

Add ginger paste saute till raw smell disappears.

Add all the masalas and saute for a while.
