Banana Stem kofta Curry instructions

  1. Take a grinder jar add boiled banana stem,coconut&greenchilli make a paste.transfer a bowl add 1 boiled potato, garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt,rice flour & besan mix it well..

  2. Deep-fry the kofta.

  3. Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil,add dry garam masala,bay leaf& chopped onion stir for a mints..

  4. Ginger garlic paste & tomato puree,cook nicely..

  5. Add turmeric powder,coriander powder&red chilli powder cooked nicely.Add potato..

  6. Add 2 cup water &cover it..

  7. Add kofta &off the gas.Garnishing with coriander leaves serve with boiled rice or roti or paratha..

Cook them till the one whistle comes.

This raw banana kofta is one among the recipes which i gave for the magazine and i made this without onion and garlic.

Today i tried it again with a gravy which includes onion and garlic.

A best pair with both roti and jeera rice.
