  4. It’s of green chillies chopped.

  5. Prepare of ginger finely chopped.

  6. It’s of Oil and salt.

  7. You need of Turmeric powder.

  8. You need of chilli powder.

  9. Prepare of garam masala powder.

  10. Prepare of Chicken stock powder.

Banana flower cutlet instructions

  1. In a fry pan,add ginger and chilli,saute well,then add onions saute for a while.Add cut and cleaned banana flower.and add all the spices.and mix very well.and cook with the pan closed.when the flowers are cooked well(if water comes out open cook it until water dries out)add the boiled and mashed potatoes.Mix and combine very well.Put off the flame.Make into cutlet shapes.Dip it in egg,and then in roti powder..

  2. Deep fry in medium flame.Enjoy with your favourite sauce..

For this chop/cutlet I used some frozen left over Mochar Ghonto or Banana Flower Veggy from previous night.

Dip them in the egg-white and then in the bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets (you can also shallow fry it).
