Recipe: Perfect Mac N' Cheese Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Mac N' Cheese. When I got back to Texas I made it for my mom. This is now her favorite baked macaroni and cheese. She begs me to make it when I come to visit.

Ingredients of Mac N' Cheese

  1. You need 2 cups of dry noodles (14 oz).

  2. You need 2 cups of water.

  3. It’s 2 cups of *shredded cheese.

  4. It’s 1 tsp of *yellow mustard.

  5. It’s 1 TBLS of *half n half.

  6. You need 1 TBLS of (cream cheese.

  7. It’s to taste of Chives.

  8. You need of Hotdogs, broccoli,…etc.

I used three different cheese and a homemade cheese sauce to take this macaroni and cheese recipe over the top.

In a large pot over medium heat, add butter and allow to melt.

Once melted, add onion and cook until soft.

Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, and stir until combined.

Mac N' Cheese instructions

  1. Add noodles and water to IP.

  2. Add other ingredients such as hotdogs, broccoli, etc….

  3. HP 2 min.

  4. NPR 5 minutes.

  5. Release pressure, then add remaining ingredients. **If using cheese sauce such as the kind in the Cracker Barrel box, do not add the ingredients with the * above, simply add the cheese sauce. If you feel there is too much liquid left after the noodles cook, simply drain some off..

  6. Stir and enjoy!.
