Wash and cut the paneer into cubes. Keep aside.

Cut the onion and capsicum into wedges, finely chop ginger garlic and make a paste..

Now dissolve plain flour with water and make a thick slurry or batter. Make sure no lumps are there..

Now add salt and pepper into batter and mix well..

Heat oil in a pan and fry paneer cubes in hot oil in batches till golden brown. Keep aside.

Now take another pan and add oil, add ginger garlic paste cook until golden add capsicum wedges, let cook add onion wedges.mix well and let cook further for 2-3 mins.

Now add salt pepper and above mentioned spices and sauces..

Dissolve corn flour with water and add to spices, keep stirring so that no lumps are there..

Add the fried paneer cubes and mix well, garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot with ketchup..
