You need 2 tbsp of oil.

You need 1 of bay leaf.

It’s 1 of small- cinnamon stick.

Prepare 4-6 of -cloves.

It’s 2 tsp of jeera/cumin.

Prepare 1 of big pinch hing.

Prepare 1 of big onion chopped.

You need 1 of carrot diced.

It’s 1/8 cup of green peas.

In a pressure cooker take oil, add all the khada masala & hing and cook it for 1 minute. Then add onion and cook it for 4-5 minutes..

Now add carrots, cauliflower and green peas & cook it for another 5-6 minutes, also add salt..

Now add finely chopped tomatoes, soaked soya granules, crushed garlic and ginger and cook everything nicely for 5-6 minutes..

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala and chopped coriander and mix well, then add soaked rice and 1-1/2 glass of water, adjust the seasoning, cover the lid & pressure cook it on high flame for 1 vissel..

Serve hot with curd/raita.

Note- soak the rice for atleast 1-2 hours before making the pulao, soak soya granules only for 5-10 minutes..
