Beef Stroganoff is a Russian dish which was originally made with some sour cream but no mushrooms or onions.

  1. Boil water for noodles (continue recipe) and cook noodles according to noodle bag.

  2. Sauté onion and garlic.

  4. Add onion soup/dip powder packet and sauté for a minute; then add beef broth; let cook for approx 10 minutes on high.

  5. Add sour cream; stir in.

  6. Add cooked noodles and stir.
