In a big wok add the ingredients for mutton stock and let it cook till the meat is tender. Keep adding water time to time. (or pressure cook).

When the stock is ready and meat is tender, in another wok add oil and onion..

Sauté onions till light brown. Add tomatoes, spices, ginger and garlic, and meat. Mix everything well..

Now add the stock and rice..

Cook on medium flame till most of the water evaporates and bubbles appear..

Now cover with lid, turn the flame to lowest and turn off after 10 mins..

Meanwhile in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of salad and mix well..

In another bowl add the ingredients of yoghurt and mix well..

Open the lid of wok and mix the rice with light hands from sides..

Dish out and serve hot with prepared salad and yoghurt..
