  9. Add 2 1/4 cups of water and required salt. Once the water boils add the soaked rice. Close the cooker lid and put on the whistle. Keep it on low flame and cook exactly for 10 minutes and switch off the flame..

  10. Wait for 10 more minutes before opening the cooker.Use a fork to flip up the rice..
